Pure City Air Duct Cleaning started with a simple observation: national duct-cleaning franchises treat every city the same way, but a home in Tucson deals with a completely different set of conditions than a home in Seattle or Chicago. Fine caliche dust works its way into duct systems here in a way that most cleaning routines aren’t built to handle. Add in monsoon season, five months of near-constant AC use, and a lot of homes with original 20-year-old ductwork, and you get systems that need more attention than a generic once-over.
We built our process specifically around that. Every technician is trained on what desert dust and lint buildup actually look like inside a duct, how to document it, and how to clean it out without cutting corners on the runs that are harder to reach.

We quote based on what we actually find during inspection, not a flat “whole house” number designed to get a truck in the driveway. If your system is in good shape, we’ll tell you that too. Our goal is a long-term relationship with your household, not a one-time transaction.
